Paradise Bay FAQs (2016)
This project in 2016 was prompted from my role at Z2 Live / King Games, where I handled direct questions from users. When inquiring further about their confusion, the community pointed to a lack of focus in the FAQ articles, prompting them to write in.
In response, I began my own project to re-organize the content for all 40+ FAQ articles in "Paradise Bay." While I had pitched this with my manager previously, no progress was made to making this a reality.
First I re-drafted all the text content, and organized the articles in a way I felt made more sense. I brought this draft to my manager, and the game development team, who were impressed by my improvements. With their approval, I continued the project with the support of my colleagues. During this time I gained access to official game assets for screenshots and visual aids. Finally, we coordinated directly with the Localization team to prioritize an update schedule so the new articles could roll out in all supported languages simultaneously.
Because of my work, I was put in charge of managing all FAQs for "Paradise Bay" and "Rise of Tyrants" until my departure.

The World Market is the place to buy goods and resources from players all over the globe!
The World Market unlocks at level 12, and getting started is easy! Just tap the World Market to open.
Once inside, you can scroll through other players’ listings and find the goods you need! The boards display one item the player is selling—tap that item to see all the goods they have for sale.

Gameplay > Buying items at the World Market
The World Market is the place to buy goods and resources from players all over the globe!
Once inside, you can scroll through other players’ listings and find the goods you need! The boards display one item the player is selling—tap that item to see all the goods they have for sale.
- Each sale board displays the player’s name and a preview of their sale. Tap any sale to visit this player’s market and purchase items from them!
- Exit The World Market.
- Swipe to scroll through more available sales!
- Tap any available item to purchase it.
- When an item reads SOLD, it is no longer available for purchase.
